1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Smooth Sale Staging LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Smooth Sale Staging LLC provides home staging, decoration, and real estate photography services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property size, location, and specific client requirements. A formal quote will be provided before any work begins.
3. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure staging services. Payment terms, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Staging Duration & Returns
Staging furniture and accessories remain the property of Smooth Sale Staging LLC. The rental period begins on the date of installation and ends on the agreed-upon return date. Early returns may qualify for our Early Returns, Extra Savings program. Extensions are available through our Extend with Ease program at an additional cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and ready for staging on the scheduled date. Any damage to staging items during the rental period is the responsibility of the client. Staging items must not be moved, altered, or removed from the property without prior written consent.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled staging date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
7. Liability
Smooth Sale Staging LLC takes reasonable care during installation and removal of staging items. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to the property or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, and content on this website are the property of Smooth Sale Staging LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. We reserve the right to photograph staged properties for use in our portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
